x86 Programs Not Working

I don't get it, I shut down my computer and went AFK for ~30 minutes, turn it back on, and everything seems to be fine. Still planning on doing a fresh install as I imagine it wont stay this way for very long.

Sometimes, a simple restart can cure a lot of things.

Turns out it started working again because COMODO was partially uninstalled/disabled. Just uninstalled it completely and everything seems to be working so perhaps I don't have to do a fresh install.

That would of course be excellent!

Get rid of the Comodo stuff, and use Microsoft Security Essentials, along with the Windows firewall ( If you need a software firewall). Are you using a router?

Turns out I need to reformat, it seems as if the fix was only temporary. Restarted my PC and its back to requiring me to "Run as Administrator" to open any 32-bit programs. Hopefully this doesn't happen again on the new install.
