Yep. You can get if from Microsoft Update catalog. Just enter - xbox wireless, into the Search bar.

Open it up and use in IE only.

Download your specific file, then go through those steps you show above, to manually update it. You want to extract the cab file with something like 7-zip (right click, Extract here), then You want to go to "Have Disk" (right after the "Let me pick from a list of device drivers"..), then browse to the inf file. (where you extracted it to). Then "OK".

I downloaded the driver I needed from the link Airbot provided, but when trying to install it, I'm not detecting it. Do I need to save the driver in a specific location? If so, what is it? Thanks for the help.

Did you use the steps from above? Extracting the cab file, then going to Let Me Pick from a list of Device Drivers - Have Disk-browse to the inf. file?

You have to do it from the listing of your controller in your Device manager.

Right click on Computer
Go to Properties
Click on Device Manager
Right click on the Unidentified Device
Go to Properties
Go to the Drive tab
Click on Update Driver…
Browse my computer for driver software
Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer
Have Disk
Browse to wherever you extracted the cab file/s.
You should see at least one inf at that point.

You could also just try to go to the MS website and use their download package they have.

Pick your appropriate one - wired or wireless, then pick you OS from the drop down, and a download will come up.

Software Downloads | Microsoft Hardware

Also try Windows Update. Might have the drivers to install once your device is plugged in.

So I think I've done everything you recommended, but now it won't install the driver because "The system cannot find the file specified." I don't know what I'm doing wrong :(
