Do you recommend a "Personal Hot spot" when you're going to register for Xbox Live? or you should use a real wifi? Because I can't register when I'm using "Personal Hot spot".

If possible, I would recommend using a wired connection. But if that is not an option for you, then a wireless connection would be your next best choice.
