in the context in which the word was used it wasn't hard to work out now was it?

anyway, speaking of cars i'm not having a very good day at all today. my car failed it's MOT (roadworthy to our friends across the pond) and would cost me £350 to put right. the cars 13 yrs old and is not even worth that running! i'd rather pay £500 for a decent runaround for now!!

Today, I gave my little girl her first PC:-

Asrock ion330
23" acer monitor
logitech wireless keyboard & mouse
2.1 speakers

So while she is busy watching a DVD, I set it all up being very quiet so as not to alert her. After I had finished I shouted her in and told her that I had bought her this computer for her 4th birthday on Sunday, she looks at it and says "but daddy....cant I have a laptop like mummys"
