Your computer is low on memory etc.

OK so my computer was JUST reinstalled totally fresh and i barely downloaded anything at all (only steam and google chrome) and havent been much places on the internet and im virus free. my computer preforms really really well and is not laggy 1 bit.
so i play gmod/garrys mod alot and sometimes i get a pop up message which goes infront of my screen that says YOUR COMPUTER IS LOW ON MEMORY BLA BLA BLA and yet, my game or computer doesent lag AT ALL! i really wanna disable this warning and i have quite alot of ram (4gb+) and oh look it opened when i was writing this message. so i need a simple way to turn off this message without virus scanning or getting new hardware thats already done and stuff.

tl;dr i virus scanned and have a good computer and its really annoying when that pops up i just wanna turn it off not 'fix' it.

oh yes and i'm not going to increase the page file reguardless. even if it makes ANY program run just barely or even not noticably slower i need the maximum memory for my games

Hello Ronan,

Sorry, but that's going to be your problem. When the page file is turned off or set to low, you will get a "low memory" type error when you use up your memory.

I think you may have misunderstood the difference between RAM (physical memory) and the page file (virtual memory on the HDD). The page file is not your physical memory.

In fact having the page file set to be managed by your system would actually help performance.

To stop this error, you will have to set the page file to be managed by your system, increase the size of the page file until you stop getting the error, or install a bunch more RAM.
