Hi guys, i need help with my computer.
It has been a pain in my ass as this always happens when i switch on my computer.
Recently just install Window 7 Home Premium 64bit.
Just a summary of what happen and i will attach a screenshot too.

When the window 7 logo is out, a blue screen just blink and it auto restart my computer, and it goes into the Startup Repair, searching for problems. After the search, it will notify us that the problem can't be solve and show us the details, after i restart, everything went normally.

I try to take down some information this evening and different outcome the seconod time. The first one, i will attach the Diagnosis and repair details and the second one, its is still on the Startup repair screen but it auto-restart and start window normally and stated " Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown".

The left one was the 2nd attemp.

Do update me what information you need, i will do my best for it because it's killing me..

If you have just installed Windows 7 for the first ime, where did you get your installation disc from?

I got it over at the retail shop in my country. It's one of the most patronaize shop and reliable.

What does you mean? Or i download my window 7 the wrong way? It has 4 partitions and i format them all and install my Win 7, do i need to re-install my OS and delete all the partitions away and let the system create itself?

What do you mean you download your windows 7 the wrong way ? You bought it at a store didn`t you ?

Read both, the 1st one will tell you how to get everything you need and how to make a disc or put it on flashdrive. The 2nd will help you do an install.

So boss, just to crash, my problem is mostly crash on my os system? Before i upgrade my OS to window 7, i was on Window XP.

As you have a Custom Built PC then I would go for the Clean install Windows 7.

Let's say if i got 4 partitions, best is to delete all away or? Because the guide did'nt list the alternatives.

If your system ran fine on XP, did you do any research to see if your pc would run 7 or did you just take the plunge ?

I have no idea what you have on your 4 partitions, that`s for you to decide.

Sorry to disagree but Greg's install procedure will suit this OP much better. Even Kari does no fully recommend it unless it is really necessary and he wrote the tut!

I would wipe the HD first since you may have corrupt code interfering, since you're planning to reinstall anyway. These steps will overcome most any install problem and give you the cleanest slate:

Unplug all other HD's and peripherals,

Boot into BIOS setup, reset to defaults, save changes. If an EFI BIOS, enable Legacy BIOS or Compatibility Support Module, set DVD drive first to boot, HD second. Then set SATA controller to AHCI. Save changes and Exit.

Then boot into installer DVD or flash stick burned or written using tool and latest ISO for your licensed OS version here.

At first installer screen Press Shift + F10 to open a Command Box, type:

DISKPART
LIST DISK
SELECT DISK 0 (after confirming Windows 7 target HD #)
CLEAN
CREATE PARTITION PRIMARY SIZE=102400 (for 100gb partition, adjust as desired)
FORMAT FS=NTFS LABEL="WINDOWS 7"
ACTIVE
EXIT
EXIT

Next click Install Now, then Custom install to Clean Install Windows 7 to the partition you created. If it fails then report back at which step and the verbatim error message.

In addition read over these steps to understand the tools and methods which work best to get and maintain a perfect Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7. The steps are the same for retail.

After install you can adjust partition size or Create new partitions for data, etc. in Disk Mgmt.You are creating the partition here for the purpose of marking it Active which overcomes certain install failures.
