Youtube Full Screen Glitch (please help)

First of all, i'm sorry if I posted this on the wrong forum. I wasn't sure which forum this thread fit in, and all of it happened while I was updating my VGA drivers...

Anyway, this really weird glitch happened to me after I tried to update my Intel HD Graphics driver. I updated the graphics driver in hope that I could run Sonic Generations a little smoother, but then I stumbled on this weird youtube glitch. It's an Acer Aspire 5742G, and I bought it for my brother this christmas. I was hoping you could help me out with this...

When I watch a youtube video in full screen, it looks all really weird. It's very hard to describe it, so I printed the screen to show exactly what's going on:

As you can see the bottom bar, showing all the numbers and stuff, looks weird. And the video quality is also pretty messed up. It's like it changed for a lower resolution for an instance, or something. This is like nothing i've ever seen before! I unninstalled and updated VGA drivers lots of times before, but this never happened to me. I was wondering if anyone could help me out here...

Try getting the free version of Revo uninstaller: Download Revo Uninstaller Freeware - Free and Full Download - Uninstall software, remove programs, solve uninstall problems
Use it to completely uninstall every bit of your graphics drivers (any audio, video, etc. that came with the update).

:info: If you don't want to use the uninstaller, use control panel's built in uninstaller. However, this may not help solve the problem, as remenants of the previous driver may still remain.

Now, go into windows updates and install all important updates, and any "compatability" updates in the optional section. Next, redownload the graphics update and install it. This is the website for it, make sure you select the correct opperating system: http://support.acer.com/product/default.aspx?modelId=3278

Find the control panel for the graphics card and set the resolution and other settings according to how you would like it. There is also a cleartype text function in windows 7, you might try it out: Windows ClearType Tuner. You can also enable cleartype in IE under internet options>Advanced and looking down the list for the option.
