The normal flash player install is for the 32-bit browser which is also installed on 64-bit Windows 7. (There may also be a 64-bit flash player.) Are you sure the correct FP version was installed in the version of IE you are using (64 or 32)?

i was using firefox 4 beta 11, chrome 11, and ie 32 bit, and none worked for youtube videos also i have

adobe flash player 10 active x 10.2.152.26
adobe flash player 10 plugin 10.2.152.26

installed.

I also tried ie 64 bit, and it says the flash player is 32 bit and u shouls install the preview release of the 64 bit, but since the flash players are up to date for the 32 bits, i dont see why those other browsers dont work....

Obviously youtube is a very popular site and normally works in all 32-bit browsers. If it were just IE where it failed I'd suggest doing a reset of IE. Sometimes when I can't see certain links on a webpage it's because I set the text size too large while simultaneously using the accessibility option to "ignore font sizes specified on web pages". Usually just switching to the smallest text size makes these things visible.
