Youtube video so slow

Hey i dont know if this is the right section, if it isn't can a admin please move it. Youtube lately has begun to run very slow on my system and i do mean very slow, i cant watch a video without it buffering every 3 seconds even in 480p and below i cant watch mostly anything, remember that my pc is running intel hd but its more than enough for video i can watch 1080p movies smoothly but youtube is a issue, what can i do to solve this problem.

I Know its intended for BSOD but it holds a wealth of information I might spot something within!!
