Well I never. I thought the critera for electing an American President was

1. Confuse the s**t out of everyone so they don't know how to vote.
2. Put s**t on your opponent so you look the best candidate.
3. Buy the Press
4 Get as many relatives and friends as you can voted in as State Governors so they can fiddle with the State Electoral laws.
4. Rig the elelctronic voting system in as many states as you can.

I think the Australian system is better. We have 2 major parties, with identical policies. People vote 1 or 2. Either 1 or 2 wins (doesn't matter which). The winning Party then elects the biggest d*head as the Nations leader. A fair system, and one which the Australian people want and deserve.
