Hey guys,

To keep it short, I've been using the ZEXMTE Bluetooth USB Adapter CSR 4.0 USB Dongle Bluetooth Receiver to connect my Powerbeats pro to my win 7 desktop. Just yesterday, all of a sudden I cannot control the volume through my earhooks anymore and I have no idea why I did not change anything at all so after hours of searching online to no avail I ask here what the problem is. I have tried uninstalling the drivers and re-installing them through the given disc with the adapter but it didn't fix a thing. The only thing I have control over is pausing and playing while using itunes. I know that I can just adjust the volume with the slider on itunes or going to the property settings, however I want to use the powerbeats volume control buttons themselves. So how should I go about this? Thanks.

These powerbeats pro are 3 months old and they can't be faulty seeing as I have tested them with my iphone and there were no issues with the volume controls while listening to songs on itunes. However, when connecting them through the bluetooth adapter the controls are suddenly not responding with itunes or any other media player for that matter besides play/pause. So, at this point I have no clue as to why this is occuring.
