I installed Zorin 9 just to see whether it got any better. Some things still don't work, e.g. search, and I still don't like their start menu - the constant back and forth. But it seems to be less buggy overall.
Im using Zorin 9 Ultimate OS x64 and not had any problems with search .. up to now ?, I did take advice and create 3 partitions for Zorin also its the only OS on this WD Caviar Black
