What are you using to boot from?

Either a retail Windows 7 installation DVD/USB or a System Repair Disc should work nicely for this.

    Photoshop screwed my shortcuts

    Thank you very much!
Photoshop in some way screwed up all my shortcuts (lnk.-files). Every shortcut became a Photoshop-shortcut.
Downloading the correct reg-values solved my problem!

Hello kidou, and welcome to Seven Forums.

I'm sorry, but .sav files are not a default file type that is included with the default Windows 7. It is added by another program (ex: games) instead.

You could do a system restore using a restore point (if available) dated before you modified the association for .sav files to undo and fix this though.

    Hope this helps, :)

I would, but the problem is I do not know what program you originally had set to open .sav files with, or if was unassociated instead.
