How to Add "Set and Unset as Read-only" to File and Folder Context Menu in Windows 7 and 8

   Information
This will add Read-only File Attributes and Read-only Folder Attributes to the context menu of files and folders for all users to be able to set or unset the read-only attribute of one or more selected file(s), or all files in one or more selected folder(s) in Windows 7 and Windows 8.

In Windows 7, folders cannot be set as read-only. Only the files in the folders can be.

You must be logged in as an administrator to be able to add or remove this from the context menu. All users will be able to use the context menu though.
