Optional update KB2952664 was republished today

I bolded some of the text in the quote.
Was this update documented this way before, or is the bolded text new info ?
This is an update i never installed on systems i didn't want to upgrade to Win10, it is hidden.
I like to keep my systems as updated and current as possible, hopefully they work better that way.

As far as I know the last version had this description:

If I remember correctly, this "update" would remain hidden only until a newer version was released by Microsoft.
