well kathy i would hate to say no but i dont know your system specs or what you have installed it pretty much looks like you have a basic system that doesnt do much but surf net watch a movie and burn cd's cause the memory you show is probally about 2 gigs at most

  1. @3341Mhz - i7 980X stock speed with Turbo disabled (25x133bclk, 14x133 mem, 28x133 uncore)
  2. @3474Mhz - i7 980X stock speed with Turbo enabled (26x133bclk, 14x133 mem, 28x133 uncore)
I'm not sure where the 3.8GHz comes from.

@Kathy only 2 things that would boost your performance would be more memory of course

also a little faster processor would do some justice too or maybe you know a good friend that knows how to tune it up a notch those would be the only things you can change with it being a laptop

but keep in mind if it is working fine for you don't have to change a thing but if you want a little more stability a few upgrades wouldn't hurt but please read up on all information before diving in so you know what to expect or what to look for to suit your needs

With only 1 stick you are in single channel mode, that's why your score is a little low.

If it's doing what you need then it's fine.

If you need a performance bump, get another stick of RAM, match your current one exactly.

Did you have any trouble getting the RAM to run stable?
Have seen issues with the Phenom II's integrated memory controller, mostly anything above 1333MHz and more than 2 RAM cards.
