Can Outlook Express be used under Windows 7?

Is it possible to run Outlook Express under Windows 7?

I much prefer Outlook Express and I am not very happy with Windows Live Mail 2011.

If you liked (i.e. tolerated) the previous version (2009/2010) you can uninstall 2011 and go back to the previous WLE suite of applications (no mixing with 2011 though):
