Fingers crossed this solves it, but then again, I like the power saver feature and dont want this to be a bug
So far it's running good, *knocks on wood*, lets hope for the best. Although usually by now, it would have locked up about 15 or more times by now...

Your problem appears to be solved.

Prime95 is heating up your machine because, in this application (use of the technology), that is what it does.

Doc, it hurts when I do this.
    Don't do that.

Nothing is wrong with high temperatures while stress testing. This is normal

If you don't mind windew420, do you mind testing something else. Can you do as Dave said for me to do and change the Minimum CPU State to 100% and see if that produces a result like Prime95, minus the heat issue?

Okay, here's where that setting is:

Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound -> Power Options -> Select the link called Change Plan Settings next to your currently active plan -> Change advanced power settings -> Processor power management -> Minimum processor state

FYI - RealTemp and Asus Probe read the temps from different locations on the die. IMO, Asus Probe is the lesser app.

So your current power plan was set to high performance?

Odd, but oh well. Switched to balanced run ti normally, not Prime95 or anything , and see if your computer locks up.
