Solved Windows 7 Installation: Cannot use keyboard and mouse

I am trying to dual boot windows 10 and windows 7, but I have just one issue. Windows 7 itself (using the msi smart tool) works perfectly fine. For installation, that is. The setup restarts, and then all of a sudden, I can no longer move my mouse a use my keyboard. Now, in my BIOS menu, I can't seem to find anything relating to "keyboard and mouse emulator/simulator", but I think my BIOS are out of date and need to be updated. However, if keyboard and mouse emulator/simulator still isn't there, then I feel like something is wrong with either my USB ports being 3.0 and 3.1 since windows 7 doesn't have native support for those, or my motherboard/chipset, since PS/2 devices weren't working either, and I swear I also have USB 2.0 ports on this, but maybe I'm just crazy. Although the red lights on the bottom were turning on (For PS/2 mouse). Any help, maybe with drivers or how to get keyboard and mouse emulator/simulator on this? Thanks!

(EDIT: By the way, after installation, it gets stuck on the create user account screen.)

Ok, well, I am very bad at understanding this type of stuff, all I know is that this is not self built, on the front of the PC, it says "abs" and then some adidas type line after that, not joking that's what is says. On system information, it says baseboard product is ASRock A320M-HDV. So manufacturer is ASRock. I think the website said it had both USB 2.0, and 3.1 ports, though (at least for USB ports) And since those don't work in the installation (USB 2.0 ports I think, since it had no blue part), I think that it has to do with the motherboard.

But as said, I could be wrong since I'm very bad when it comes to this stuff.

This is the method that I used to slipstream USB 3.0 drivers into Windows 7 SP1.
The Windows 7 SP1 install DVD is needed and a 8 GB capacity or larger USB thumb drive is needed.
When the process is complete, a USB thumb drive with USB 3.0 drivers slipstreamed into Windows 7 SP1 will be created.
That USB thumb drive is then used to boot from and install Windows 7 SP1 and allow the keyboard and mouse to work.

7updater is much better. The usb3 stack works for all motherboards that I am aware of and includes uasp.

Ok, so nothing is working for me, but I still haven't tried the update media thing, but I did say that I am terrible with that type of stuff...

The problem is that I am on win10 at the moment, because win7 won't let me get to the desktop. I have PS/2 devices, and they aren't working. I need to find a way to get my motherboard drivers so that win7 will recognize them, then get USB 3.0/3.1 drivers, since 2.0 is already solved. But since I am on win10 doing this, I cannot use those programs that make the drivers install themselves, i need to find a way to do it manually.

Yep, you're right.
I was focusing only on motherboards with an Intel USB3 controller.
