Solved Sony Vaio Card Reader Prolem NEW 7 INSTALL.

I have just upgraded to window 7 (64-bit) from Vista (32-bit) and now my sd/memory stick pro reader/writer will not work!!! Sony website does not support windows 7 drivers with my model laptop(sony vaio vgn-nr220e). The reader/writer is a Texas Instruments™ PCIxx12 Integrated FlashMedia Controller. CAN ANYONE HELP ME FIX THIS? THERE HAS GOT TO BE A WAY! THANKS ALL! :cool:

Please go to device manager, locate mass storage devices or base system. Their should be a yellow triangel next to the system device that requires a driver. Click on it>properties>details tab>drop down menu>hardware Id, copy and paste the code and we can try to find a driver for it. Thanks Fabe

You saved me a lot of trouble by posting the zip file with the SD card reader drivers. Now, do you have the ones for the webcam? and for the HDMI?

Hey there .. No problem when you go to the Sony website .. Click on Downloads then select Vista Os 32 bit . You will see the Driver there called Memory Stick Driver
