Solved ASUS P5K motherboard for Win7

Hello!
I probably have absolutely no idea of what I'm doing with my computer and I've been struggling for quite a long time (the sound card perhaps isn't installed.. there's no sound coming out) so I thought it wouldn't hurt to ask..

I have ASUS P5K motherboard (socket 755) and I've installed Win7. I've read on this forum that if I have the installation CD, I could setup the vista version. The problem is for the life of me I can't find that CD. I've tried to download something on the ASUS website but I'm just so confused as to what I should be downloading. I somehow got to a page having a list of downloads available for P5K model.. but what next? am I supposed to download every one of the files on the list? so there is no specific "setup.exe" file sorta thing?

I would greatly appreciate any help! I'm... shamefully new to this.

Okay...you also want to install Windows Vista? You will need a Windows Vista installation DVD and applicable product key for activation to cover that

Alright...I looked at ASUS and no downloads were found for Windows 7 and your P5k...but this doesn't mean the end

If you are running Windows 7 x86 (32-bit)...install the Vista drivers (they normally work) here: ASUSTeK Computer Inc.

If you are running Windows 7 x64 (64-bit)...install the Vista drivers (they normally work) here: ASUSTeK Computer Inc.

EDIT: Just saw that those two links go to the same place...click on one and choose either Vista x86 or Vista x64
