Unknown Account

I have an "Unkown account" listed with my normal ones. This isn't shown in the accounts folder however. I can't find a way to delete it nor find it elsewhere other than in file props. If it's uneeded, how can I get rid of it?

Account Unknown comes from different or previous Operating Systems, like if you are dual-booting or using a disk from another computer. Could also be from a user account that was recently deleted.

I've not deleted nor ever had any accounts other than default ones, never had another OS either. I'll try the steps from the link and post back.
