To clarify about folder.jpg: in previous versions of Windows (XP, Vista, 7 build 7000) when an image file called folder.jpg is placed in a folder, it automatically becomes the default folder picture/thumbnail for that folder (without needing to specify it manually via the Customization screen).
What's happening for me now though is instead of seeing the folder.jpg image as the folder's thumbnail picture, I see the live contents thumbnails instead (the same as if there were no folder.jpg in the folder).

I'm not really looking for a solution at this point, but confirmation from others whether or not the function works.
If someone who has 7077 and can confirm that folder.jpg works properly (ie shows as the folder thumbnail for a folder that contains two or more image files), please chime in as that will help me decide whether I should reinstall or wait out the next build. Thanks in advance.
