How to make Utorrent high Priority?

Every time my sister uses the internet, utorrent speeds always drop. Is there a way to make utorrent the highest priority in terms of speed and bandwidth? So if my sister uses it my speeds won't drop drastically.

When adding torrents, right click each one then choose Bandwidth Allocation -> High
That might help but it will significantly slow down any other usage through your web browser.

Yeah tell your sister she's adopted. She'll most likely be sad and start to cry, or you can do what was already suggested since that's likely a better option. But as said it'll slow down any other usage of your Browser

Not really very fair that your sister's occasional browsing should be second to your constant upload/download. You can probably get free-reign at night as well as most of the day.

well its not that, she watches the same youtube video over and over again when she could have just downloaded it and watched it on her computer (faster too without lag) so that's why i ask

be a good brother and show her how to d/l Youtube videos and watch them locally with Media Player Classic

Start a torrent, when your sister watches YouTube pause it, that way her videos will load faster and she'll be done faster. Share the internet
