It's totally relevant, since it is NOT working 100%, since you cannot install it. If you recently downloaded or burned a CD of the ISO, you could have a corrupt download or burn.

ok we just put it on out other home pc (i dont use that one not mine familly members)
same link same download same pass
worked fine

now if we can get back to why this might not be working ??

Where did you get your copy?

You seem to have missed my question

from a good source , and it works 100% as ive seen it get installed and work

GOOD SOURCE, AND SEEN IT INSTALLED AT WORK=NOT LEGIT

One copy one machine, not two.

WITH DISC .....= RETAIL STORE......
PROBLEM BIENG IS THE SOFTWARE WAS INCORRECT FOR WINDOWS 7
since returned to store and working and installed fine thanks for help
