thank you, i just got photoshop cs5, and decided that will be my first project, it took me about 15 minutes, but im still learning...

I am at the library at the moment, because my computer broke down yesterday evening. I have rang PC World and they have got a techinican coming to my place on this Tuesday (16/11/10) and hopefully fix it on site. I am covered by their extended warranty. If he cannot fix it on site, he will take the tower away to their lab and fix it there, which can take up to 2 weeks to fix.

I will give you an update either on 16/11/10 from my PC, if it is fixed of course. Or on 17/11/10 from the library. Either way I will give you an update next week.

So I will not be on the forums until 16/11/10 at the earlist.

Sorry to hear this, Carl; I hope it gets repaired straight away. What went wrong?

My wife went the other way.......cane to walker, to electric cart, and now bedridden. Just be thankful as we are all behind you in your recovery!

Thanks, dear fellow geeks. I'm already quite "fast" walking between parallel bars. Going to be eveb faster when also my left arm can do its and support me, now it's only the right one.

A bit confusing thought this, now at 51 from bedridden to chair to walker to cane to no help, just in time for my age kicking in and forcing me to "go back" the same route, from no help to cane to walker to chair to bed.

Today, got a call from the company i work for. I have been waiting for a new contract to start in December and basically am out of work till then.
The call was a nice surprise as they wanted my services as a contract Quarry Manager at a mine site for a few weeks. This will fill the void till i go to the new contract in the Tanami desert around the 9th of next month.
About time we got some good news.
