I used IE9 beta for about one week. Overall, it worked like a browser should. I did have a problem accessing the setup page on my router using IE9, though. Didn't matter if I used 32 bit or 64 bit, logging in to my router took several minutes. 
Went back to IE8, and login is dang near instantaneous again.
Oh well, it's still just a beta.
