Hi

Thank you. I tried installing a new OS earlier (windows 7 also), but it has the same problem. I usually get IRQ_LESS_OR_EQUAL or ntfs.sys or BAD_POOL_CALLER. Is this really just a problem with my OS? I want to check before purchasing a new one.

Is this really just a problem with my OS?

The OS is the first place to start here -- it is Windows 7 Beta -- a TEST version.

I want to check before purchasing a new one.

The Windows 7 beta version you now have was provided by Microsoft for free, beginning in January 2009 and expired 7 months later - August 2009.

Did you purchase your system new? If so, it should have come with Windows 7 RTM build 7600 pre-installed.

Hello again

Thank you for the fast reply. I have installed earlier a windows 7 OS (the one which is with the system and 7600RTM). But I have seen that it has a problem, I get random BSOD. So after that I have installed this copy of OS (from my friend) because he told me maybe it's my OS's fault but after installing I got the same problems, the BSOD. So after that I posted my dump here. I think this is not a OS problem, is there any other cause than OS? I need to check if there are other cause since it's hard to buy a new OS then to find out that it has the same problem.

I really appreciate your help.:)

I have installed earlier a windows 7 OS (the one which is with the system and 7600RTM).

Windows 7 build 7600 is the OS that should be installed on your system.

Build 7000 is an earlier test version of Windows 7 RTM 7600.

Wipe the HDD completely with KillDisk, then use the Windows 7 RTM 7600 DVD to reinstall the OS.

KillDisk - Format HDD - jcgriff2.com

One of the bugchecks was 0x24 and indicates a problem may exist with the HDD.

Run HDD diagnostics -
- Start with SeaTools (for DOS) --> SeaTools | Seagate
- Burn ISO to CD with ImgBurn --> The Official ImgBurn Website
- Boot with SeaTools CD.

If SeaTools comes up OK, run HDD manufacturer's diagnostics --> Hard Drive Diagnostics Tools and Utilities (Storage) - TACKtech Corp.
