Hey, so I stumbled across this picture of someone's desktop, does anyone know what he used to get his taskbar that smooth black. I've searched deviantart and can't find it

Erm.. It was posted on a wallbase.net, I left a comment asking for the theme but I never got a reply.

So I found the theme eventually aha

APPOWS2010 by =neiio on deviantART If anyones interested.

Now i just need to work out how to install it properly
