Some fonts are not accessible from the "Window Color and Appearance" dialog. Example is "My Themes" is very small on my 1900 x 1080 even at 125%. Is there a way to change the the size of this font? Thanks....

Maybe hold down control and scroll with the mouse wheel (if you have one)

That works on icons, but not a window.

I'm honestly stumped on this one. The best advice I can give you is to use magnifier. Just press the windows key and plus sign:

Golden is right is hard coded somewhere the only thing that can be done is change the color of the text in the Aero.msstyle file with WSB
Are you using a custom theme? Like these http://www.sevenforums.com/themes-styles/41105-themes-windows-7-a.html or on deviantART: where ART meets application! if so you will need to ask the theme maker. If you are using the Aero theme that came with windows 7 I have WSB Ave's Windows7 Style Builder
& will change it for you. You will need to do 1 of these 2 guides for it to work.

Not using any custom themes - using Classic. I am faily sure this is hard coded and cannot be changed, but I was just checking.
