Not much detail to it, I have to hold the powerbutton to reboot as my comp completely freezes, can't do anything.

Need more info in your system specs. Did you recently install Win7? Is it a new machine? I had the same problem and it turned out to be a bad motherboard (brand new) but you really need to give us more information in your system specs.
