Unable to install Zum (Application Launcher)

I'm unable to install a program name Zum 0.5.0. Downloaded it from zum Download - Softpedia

Every time i trying to install this is the error i get:


I have taken the ownership & then "Run as Administrator" but still getting the same error.

I also checked my Comodo Firewall & its added in the Tusted files:

So, i want to know the reason for the error & 2nd how to overcome this as on the website its mentioned that Windows 7 x32,x64 both are supported including all the versions of Windows 7.

I just download it and it worked for me.
Maybe disable Comodo Firewall & check
