Can no longer view graphics in IE9

Or any other ie based browser.
I updated my ati drivers cuz the new drivers were supposed to significantly improve browsing in Firefox4. Now I can't view graphics in IE based browsers.
I eventually figured out how to rollback to a previous version (it wasn't easy), but the problem persists.
Any suggestions as to what to do next?

1. Are you having trouble viewing any kind of images when browsing in Internet Explorer 9?
2. What graphics driver version did you upgrade from? What version did you upgrade to?
3. What graphics card do you currently have installed in your machine?
4. Can you provide us an example of what you are seeing? (Use the Snipping Tool to take a screenshot of your browser and upload it with your next post)

Yes, for example, I went to Sears.com to buy a garden hose. When I found the one I wanted, the images to add to the shopping cart were invisible(just one example).
My graphics card in on board ati x1200.
The version I'm using now is a Vista driver that came with the mb. The updated one is from 2009 which was recommended for my mb. The picture of the hose and the 3 buttons are invisible.

Since you rolled back to IE8, try the following:
Pictures are not displayed on Web sites in Internet Explorer

Images are now displaying in ie8. Not sure if I want to reinstall ie9.
