Sticky Note restore/re-install

1st time using Win 7 ....

After buying my ASUS G73SW was a little to rammy with getting it setup and thought i was deleting a sticky note but apparantley deleted the program as well ?

Anyway to restore or reinstall , i DL'd a differ sticky note program but dont like it and want original back if possible .

Oh and is BitLocker available for Win 7 , seen a tutorial but was unable to find DL for it .

Bitlocker isn't a download, it's built into Windows.

But notice the Warning in the tutorial -

BitLocker is only available in the Windows 7 Ultimate and Enterprise editions.

You appear to have Home Premium, so Bitlocker wouldn't be available in your Edition. Might look into something like TrueCrypt or similar as an alternative. TrueCrypt

Well i bought this beast to replace my last desktop that blewup , being a gamer i went thru a few computers and had many ( 11 ) hd's to do file tranfers from , so just wanted to encrypt the partition with my complete - organized data backup from the drives after i get it all cleaned up , if thats possible . Never encrypted anything before ...

I have got this document that we use at work to encrypt the whole drive/windows partition.
I'm sure/hope it won't be too different for other partitions.

I would advise using a test machine/hard drive just encase things go bad :devil:

Reminder

If you have the correct ver of Office 2010 you won't need the sticky notes in Win 7. A version of Office 2010 that includes One Note has a sticky notes module. It is more featured than the one in Win 7. Just thought I would mention this.
