Does anyone have a software like windows power toys for XP image resizer 32 bit only available. It there ant such for windows 7 64 bit?

Image Resizer 2.1 is a clone of Image Resizer Powertoy, just download and install the 64bit version.

And just for the record, if you're using MS Office, you've got the ability to resize photos right on your system via Microsoft Office Picture Manager or Photo Editor. They are both GREAT photo editing apps.
