- x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? x64
- the original installed OS on the system? Win 7 (no previous OS)
- an OEM or full retail version? OEM (purchased and installed by me)
- What is the age of system (hardware)? all hardware purchased this year
- What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) fresh install about 1 year ago i think

Issue started about 3 weeks ago and i haven't been able to figure it out. The pc randomly BSOD's or just completely freezes and has to be rebooted with the button. Reinstalled all drivers, did 1 pass of memtest (about 30-40mins) and still same issue. No recent hardware changes either. I will be doing a full memtest tonight while i'm sleeping (7-8 hours) and will report those results tomorrow.

I did think it was my wifi adapter which has known driver issues (and some Event Viewer logs pointed to it) so i bought a new one that is an ethernet wifi adapter so i didn't have to install extra drivers for it. Have had 2 BSOD's since replacing it :(

edit:
I had 2 other dump files but they seem to be deleted from the Minidump folder for some reason. I'll post any new ones i get (and copying them to a different folder for safe keeping).

edit 2:
Ran a quick scan with Malwarebytes and Spy Bot and nothing found.

Related to networx.sys NetFilter SDK TDI Hook Driver (WPP) from NetFilterSDK.com OR

Related to Softperfect Bandwidth Monitoring and Usage Reporting tool. Note: Located in \%Program Files%\NetWorx\

Which ever I would remove to test or if essential update the driver. Also of note several suspiciouslt named files. Please download malwarebytes and run a sweep. (yes I know you have eset)

Removed the Networx software, it's not needed at all. Just as another note, i did run memtest all last night (8hrs 40mins) and no issuses there.

I run MSE for security but just ran Malwarebytes full scan and no issues found. Any chance i could get a list of files (or at least a few files if too many) that look suspicious.

Will report back in a few days if issue was fixed. Thanks for the help so far!
