I'm not good at computer stuffs so that's why I here.
I know,I'm at the right place.I've been using this laptop for almost half a
year.Usually,I always work with pc because I found
it comfortable everytime I do my works.
But last night,my brother installed a program in my laptop and that caused
every windows I open & close will slowly close down. Not as usual windows where we click 'exit' and it will close immediately but mine like snail.:o
At first,I thought it was an effect because I recently just installed few themes for my windows 7,this morning. But then when I changed back to the original windows 7 theme, the result is still the same.Is this normal or something bad happened?Like virus or something?
Thanks

I'm trying my best to explain in English and hope everyone will comprehend my problem:pIf someone could do at least explain or solve me the problem, that would be okay and if I post this thread at the wrong place, forgive me:haha:

Cool! Thanks. You saved my day.But err,I didn't use Avast!.My laptop is using Eset.Don't know either the program is good or not.But I think it's good so far.I ran Eset first and it didn't detect anything then I do the system recovery like you said and it worked.

Eset is excellent - probably better than Avast or MSE. Keep using it.

But regarding your problem, the best advice was setting back to a restore point from before this program was installed.

I'm glad it helped. :) I've never heard of Eset but if it's known to be better than avast! and MSE, continue using it. :)

Eset is also known under the name of NOD32 - maybe you know it under that name.

Eset is good.

I will not get into a comparative discussion between AV software, but you have made a solid choice with ESET.
