how can i set up counter strike server.

I am a great fan of counter strike.
I want to set up a counter strike server so that my friends can join it through internet and play.

I don`t know how to do that. So please can anyone help me???

If you can wait a few hours I have all the info on my home pc, Im sure there is no big changes from Windows Vista to Win7 just firewall things you would have to watch for. When I get home from work I can send you the links on where to get all the information you would need.

Look threw www.steampowered.com for css server and you can find some info there. I ran a dedicated server on my one machine.

The one site I have saved as all it outlined step by step that's why I saved it myself, and it would figure today is one of those days I forgot my flash drive with my links saved on it.

The people in the forums are very nice too I've had to ask some questions myself a time to time on things. The setup should be no different then windows 2003
