Solved Original Theme Help

Don't know what happen... But all of a sudden the default Windows 7 theme looks like a older os like in my ScreenShot below.

Anyway I can change it back please? I tried restoring from a point but nothing.

Try this
Click on rb: start button in the search box type Aero and look for Find and fix problems with transparency and check for problems.
