I use RDP frequently to remote into a PC to start downloads, generally off usenet. I want to be able to reserve say 100-200kbps for RDP connections, since when i start the downloads, usenet will saturate the connection. I can limit the usenet, but want it to have all the bandwidth when I am not in a RDP session.. Is there such a (preferably free) way to do this in W7?
