I installed a game that I didn't like so i wanted to uninstall it but if needed me to upgrade something which I didn't want to do, so I removed the game manually. Most of the time if I choose to uninstall the game after removing the game manually it just gives me an error and asks me if I want to remove it from the list. This time however, it didn't. It tried to uninstall it but gave me a different error telling me that something is missing and it can't uninstall the game. It doesn't remove the Programs list.

How do I manually remove the game form the Program list?

What do you mean by "manually uninstall?" I ask because, I don't hear people say that too often. Did you try to delete everything yourself? If so you clearly missed several parts of it.

Hello Daniel,

You would be better off reinstalling the game, then uninstalling it properly through "Programs and Features" to make sure that you actually uninstalled all of the game.

If you insist though, the tutorial below can help show you how to remove the game's uninstall entry from "Programs and Features".

Hope this helps,

I can't reinstall the game since I don't have it anymore so I tried the other options.

Option 1 when I was about to download it, I saw some reviews of it not working above windows 98 so I didn't get it.
Option 2 I downloaded CCleaner but when I tried to delete the entry, I got an error saying 'Cannot delete MSI installer.'
Option 3 I haven't tried yet but I'll only use it for a last resort.

EDIT: Ok I did option 3 and it's now removed form the list. Thanks for the help.
