if i follow this tutorial i will not get the error code i mentioned right...

cause one thing i forgot the i thought i did.....

since my hard drive was empty i didnt used BOOTSECT.EXE/NT60 H: which H is my usb
so that means its the thing causing the problem right? in the screenshot it says "target volumes will be update with bootmgr compatible bootcode then it must say successfully updated NTFS filesystem bootcode

You need to be using a USB flash drive - a 4GB one should be sufficient, and then use the link theog has given you.

Mount or Extract the installer ISO using PowerISO, run Setup as Administrator to overwrite the existing OS partition from the desktop.

If this isn't to your liking then you'll need to buy or borrow a 4gb flash stick ($5 with free shipping on buy.com) to write the ISO to it using Universal USB Installerwith Win7 in dropdown menu. You'll need it for repairs anyway.

USB flash drives are very cheap these days. I recently bought a 16GB one from Maplins for £24 ($36).

From recovery environment then enter command prompt:
DIR C: (is this your windows system drive?)

Bootsect /nt60 C: /mbr
Bootsect /nt60 C:
Bcdedit /store c:\boot\bcd /enum all

do you see info on "device" and "osdevice" lines that it's refering to C-drive?

Most likely your bcd store is located on wrong disk. I think external usb drive

There is no reason yet to assume he's got memory errors.
He should enter recover environment and check if C-drive has files on it and no errors.
DIR C:
chkdsk/f c:
is enough for now. All done from recovery envirnonment
