Me in my Glass 492 Armor

looks smart - i've only got a glass helmet - i give all the best armour to lydia...



enemies often say to me "you'll make a fine rug, cat!", and "you look just like my cousin's cat - i killed that one too!"

oh, and watch out for the bears! (taken much earlier in the game, hence lack of money and carrying capacity)

Congrats!

My first couple of dragons were scary but after you kill a few and get a good follower (Mjoll the Lioness is incredibly strong and just about never dies) you can kill them nearly as easily as any other creature.

By the way, does anyone use Light Armor or Two Handed Weapons? I use Heavy Armor and a One Handed sword as I'm not so sure if it's worth using two hands to use a single weapon or having armor that has a significantly lower defense rating.

I wouldn't worry unduly, JaidynM..
there will be ample time later, to train up additional skills..

my sneak is at 100 already, and I'm only at level 30 (- playing on hardest level, BTW)

my thief/archer has Archery skill of 89 using an Ebony bow with Ancient Nord Arrows - very powerful..

I'm planning on getting into Magic next..
becoming the ArchMage of the College in Winterhold is my next target..
having just acquired the Staff Of Magnus, it shouldn't be long..

in his PS3 game, my son's CHR is at level 59 and he's still going strong (he's maxed out Smithing already..)

BTW, those Dragons are getting stronger.. battling them has become a real test..

I already did - and I haven't seen a single damn head roll...

i've just realised: why make armour out of glass? :shock:

shatters belief...:huh:

i've got decap too - haven't seen any heads roll either - unlike in fallout 3 when you get the perk that splatters enemies into lots of little pieces - forgotten what it's called now...bloody mess? although i do seem to get a lot more critical hits with it now.

I played double handed - heavy armour (but with the steed stone that removes heavy armour penalty and gives +100 carry capacity).

Head rolls a plenty

Used archery as much as possible for range attacks then take out an ebony fire enchanted long sword for most melee, or an ebony war ax with reaping if I needed souls.

Was weak to the damn arch mages and some to dragons but dragons SHOULD be hard. Arch mages I just was sneaky with the bow, then charged when low to head chop them with the sword or ax.

i preffer 1 handed weapons like my axe is my fav atm or having a knife or mini axe with my shield ,haven't really tried 2 handed by my fav right now is my axe

The glass aspect made no sense in Oblivion either - but in a land of magic and other whatnots - ancient tempered glass... why not?

I had that perk - it was fun for a little while but it got old fast. I ended up re-loading an old save game.

I'm one-handed with an axe, maybe another weapon might see some chop-chop :huh:

Although I kept waiting for them to turn nasty or become something else.
