IRQL Not Less or Equal/ Stop: 0x00000A (or 1E)

Ran full scan of Malware bytes, completely removed, updated and reinstalled all ATI video software. Everything was fine until I tried playing a game again then BSOD not too long after starting. The BSOD's are always preceded by the system getting louder and louder.
