BSOD playing GTA IV TBOGT

I get random BSODs from time to time usually by the same driver. The latest was just now and the previous on 19th of january.

I run windows 7 home premium 64bit on a 3 month old Dell xps 17.
Using BlueScreenView this is the error report I get for the latest BSOD crash:

I am using McAfee security center which i got with the computer when i bought it. I used the scan thing and ran the full system scan and it found one threat, ill post a printscreen of it, nothing significant tho.

Other than the BHO it appears you are clean. That means it is McAffee itself.

McAffee is a frequent cause of BSOD's. I would remove and replace it with Microsoft Security Essentials AT LEAST TO TEST!

Is the microsoft security essentials good at all? or should i just install like AVG or something?

From a BSOD perspective MSE is fine and causes far fewer of them.

Personally I use something else because I want the combined malware/firewall
