I also hate lack of growth opportunities . But before taking the final decision, make it sure that you are having another one, with at least the same of your current pays, and having the opportunities that you need .

Today my leg is free from any bandages, and the crown is replaced by a new one :) I am to carry it at least upto the next Friday .
