How to reset Administrator user name and password

I inherited a computer from my mother, but nobody knows the password. I would like to change the Administrative user name and password to download photos from my computer. Pavilion p6677 c-b PC bundle, Geniuin Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit system memory 6 GB DDR3, 1 Terabyte harrd drive AMD Athlon II 635 Quad-Core Processor HP 2310m 23 inch Diagonal Full HD ICD Monitor, SuperMulti DVD burner with LightScribe Technology, ATI Radeon HD 4200 integrated graphics. Offline Windows Password & Registry Editor and that should allow you to do what you want. Keep in mind that you will not be able to read any encrypted data that you have.
