Realtek Driver replaced with "High Definition Audio Device"

Hello. I just recently updated my Lenovo Y530 Ideapad to Windows 7 Ultimate x64 from Windows Vista Home Premium x64. After I updated my laptop, I went to adjust the sound and I noticed that I had 3 sound devices that all said Speakers. I then went to the Device Manager and saw that under the Sound,video, and game controllers tab that one of the sound drivers said "High Definition Audio Device". Before upgrading to Windows 7, the driver said it was a Realtek driver. I have tried to get back the Realtek driver, however, when it finishes installing I end up with no sound. Is there anyway I can get back my Realtek drivers?

If your Video card has an HDMI port a High Definition Audio Device will be installed as part of its drivers. That High Definition Audio Device will not be part of tour Realtek Audio.

EDIT: ops, I guess I should have expanded your screen shoots. The Intel High definition device is likely your Video cards Audio/HDMI. As mentioned above I'd try one of the drivers linked to in the above post.
