Email wrong keys

When I type an apostrophy ' i get a a with the french tent above and a pound sterling symbol with tm beside it instead of an apostorphy. How can I get it to type the apostrophy and not the other symbols.

Does it only happen with your email program or other word programs too? and what email program are you using?

Since when is this happening? You could try a system restore to an earlier point you remember it working right following this tutorial: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/700-system-restore.html

Let us know if the problem still persists.

Edit, download and unzip this file. It contains all the Arial types.

My computor tried your method and it did not work. He found that if you change the "encoding" on the affected email to another one it works so I will try that for awhile.
