Solved BSOD with shut down/sleep mode, multiple errors

Hello! Thank you for the help.

About a week after purchasing this laptop, I started getting BSODs when shutting down or going into sleep mode. It has increased in frequency recently. Each BSOD pops up with multiple errors.The .zip file attached has the dump files, but not a system health report because the report will not generate due to a "time out". If there's another way to post this data, please tell me.

2nd/3rd party drivers blamed

Possible fix| Go to Device Manager > Expand the USB list > Uninstall every driver (not device) and Reboot Windows.
Let Windows detect them and reinstall them.

• What kind of USB Devices to you have attached to your hub?

Graphic Driver, clean install

Try to do a clean install of the Graphic Driver, the tutorial below meets the requirements of not having left-over files afterwards.

i) Make your way to Nvidia Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers and download the latest driver for your card, save it to your desktop for instance.
ii) Uninstall the Graphic driver you currently have and all its extensions (do not reboot yet)
iii) Download Driver Sweeper
iv) Get to safe mode (without network) and search for Driver Sweeper in your rb:
v) Select all the Nvidia components and analyse them
vi) Clean them, head into Windows without internet and install the driver you downloaded previously.

I'm in the process of reinstalling my graphics driver, but my computer is having trouble due to "compatible graphic driver hardware not found". I'm inquiring on the NVIDIA website about it.

As for the 2nd/3rd party drivers, my lack of computer skills bleeds through. I'm having trouble identifying which drivers I can safely uninstall from the Device Manager. I can't identify any of my usb devices in the tabs and don't know which to focus on. The closest thing I understand to be a 'usb list' is the Universal Serial Bus Controller tab but nothing recognizable (to me) is listed there. Also, I have several usb devices I use frequently, including an mp3 player, several flash drives, an external hard drive (a desktop hdd in an external case, to be specific) and the normal HID. Any suggestions on what I should be looking for or focusing on?

This is the one you should be downloading. Not sure if you did so.

I'm sorry, I should have been less difficult to explain. Can you take a snapshot of all the drop-downs in Device Manager that has something to USB to do with. Go to rb:, search 'snipping tool', select the area with USB related stuff.

That is the exact file I downloaded, twice. NVIDIA is working with me to clear it up.

No worries about the clarity of your instructions, I'm simply too uninformed about computers and paranoid to make assumptions about what I can fiddle with on my new computer without damaging it.

Hello again Roar and thank you very much for the capture!

These are the ones you should troubleshoot.

1. Right click the Device
2. Go to Properties
3. Make your way to the Driver-tab
4. Uninstall the Driver.

It's very important that you don't uninstall the device, but the driver.
When you're finished, reboot Windows and let it download them.

Hello Frederik,

I'm just posting again to let you know that the problem seems to be solved. I uninstalled the suggested drivers and reinstalled the appropriate graphics card (NVIDIA prompted me to download a different driver that is working well) and I haven't received any BSODs since then. Hopefully all is well.
